 Description:  Effective on January 1, 2011, Senate Bill 387/Public Act 96-1286 requires public universities and community colleges to annually report to the General Assembly the progress on efforts to hire and promote Hispanic faculty, administrative staff, and bilingual persons at public colleges and universities. This report is required as part of the larger State Hispanic Employment Plan and the Bilingual Employment Plan.
